Stewarding the next evolution of female leadership
It’s time for something different.
Too many women are getting overlooked in their leadership careers and sacrificing themselves and their family time to climb the ladder. They’re trying to ‘keep up’ rather than leading with purpose. So instead of getting rewarded for their efforts, they’re living in overwhelm and on the cusp of burnout, trying to do it all.
But, when women stop trying to lead like their male peers and develop their own leadership identity and skillset - they stop spinning in never-ending To Do Lists and start creating head-turning results instead.
When they step into a new evolution of leadership that doesn’t hide their strengths or try to fit an old mold - they carve a path for the teams around them and the work culture shifts for everyone.
They set themselves up for undeniable success and accolades without sacrificing themselves to get there.

“Working with Meg over the past six months has been life altering in the most wonderful way. I first sought out Meg and her services because I was dealing with a lot of stress and trying to define who I was as a leader. Our weekly meetings combined with her techniques helped me learn more about myself and the type of professional I want to be. I have not only grown as a leader but am now one who inspires, which is beyond where I thought I could be.
